Description:

if your audio duration is > timeparameter then
fade in e fade out

if your audio track is < time parameter then loops it with fade in e fade out

mplayer
ffmpeg
sox , sox library

sudo apt-get install mplayer ffmpeg sox libsox-fmt-all

if you have not libsox-fmt-all check on you package manager sox and found out libsox-fmt-ffmpeg libsox-fmt-base

if you get problem try to install the others library like this anyway i have tested only libsox-fmt-all

for debian ubuntu

sudo apt-get install mplayer ffmpeg sox libsox-fmt-all

0.0.3 add some echo..and fixed some typo
0.0.2 fix a little bug(forgotten a thing)
